Hi there!  

 

My name is Carol, and I'm a Yoga Instructor, Dietary Educator and Natural Chef who has overcome perimenopausal symptoms naturally through yoga, dietary and lifestyle changes.  I know firsthand how debilitating these symptoms can be, as I suffered from hormonal headaches for over 7 years, as well as hot flushes that impacted my sleep, mood and appetite.  I now run Yoga and Cookery Workshops to bring like-minded women together in a fun and supportive environment to help them relieve their symptoms and improve their energy, weight and sleep.  

 

My goal is for women to feel heard and empowered so they can reclaim their health and stay strong and energised throughout their peri and post menopausal years.  

 

With over 24 years of experience teaching different styles of Hatha Yoga internationally, working as a Dietary Educator and Natural Chef creating delicious and nutritious recipes, I'm excited about partnering with you on your journey to better health.
