MEET CAROL
Hi there!
My name is Carol, and I'm a Yoga Instructor, Dietary Educator and Nutrition Coach who has overcome perimenopausal symptoms naturally through yoga, dietary and lifestyle changes. I know firsthand how debilitating these symptoms can be, as I suffered from hormonal headaches for over 7 years, as well as hot flashes that impacted my energy, mood, sleep and appetite. I now run Yoga and Themed Educational Brunches bringing like-minded women together in a fun, supportive and beautiful space.
My goal is to empower women with information on how yoga and food can help relieve their symptoms and improve their energy, weight and sleep so they can reclaim their health and, stay strong and energised throughout their peri and post menopausal years.
With over 24 years of international yoga teaching experience and working as a Dietary Educator and Nutrition Coach, I'm currently finishing off my diploma to become a Natural Chef with the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I'm excited about sharing all my delicious plant-based, gluten and dairy free creations with you and partnering with you on your journey to better health.
