HI, I'M CAROL !

I'm a certified BWY Yoga Teacher, registered Dietary Educator and Natural Chef with over 24 years teaching experience in London, Shanghai, Singapore and Switzerland.

 

I run yoga classes and cookery workshops for peri & post menopausal women in Lausanne helping them improve their energy, weight, mood, sleep and overall health.  My teaching style is easy to follow, suitable for all levels and fun!
